Belle & Sebastian returned to New York from the first time in what seemed like years this past Thursday night for a show at the gorgeous Prospect Park Bandshell, presented by Celebrate Brooklyn!. The at capacity audience couldn’t have asked for a better show, the Glawgow band played a perfect mix of old and older, including my personal favorite “Funny Little Frog”. If you have yet to catch them live, you should change that as soon as possible — they’re incredible. And maybe they’ll even invite you up on stager to dance as they did on Thursday.
