Photographing inanimate objects often requires some good arrangement to create life and motion from still items in a still photograph.
While tasting beers with Pierre Tilquin at his blendery, it was imperative to capture a shot of a what we’d tried. I enjoy playing with shallow depth of field which blurs out the background, in this case a bottle of Tilquin Gueuze. I also like the motion the edge of the barrel gives as it swoops in and around the beers and back off frame again.
