Beauty and Her Mirror

By Colloquial Wordsmiths

She was so innocent and just so misted in beauty.

She was like the dusk and dawn,

treated and trusted the world easily;

but the tale waits for something worst.

a

a

The world treated her instead

like a meat loaf.

Sharing her with each other,

putting the price of her soul.

a

a

Shattering her into pieces and piercing her,

putting her in misery and screams.

No one cared for her,

neither did her family nor did his prince.

a

a

Every time she was shrugged and ditched,

she came up stronger.

Winning the battles with the Gods and the Demons,

no one could surpass her any longer.

a

a

The world changed her,she was changed;

she heard from the world.

But each time she looks into her mirror,

she’s the same; Innocent and beautiful.

a

a

The mirror shelves out her skin,

and cuts into her eloquent beauty of her heart.

The world will remember her as the devil queen,

but for the mirror of my eyes she will be the princess of my dream.
