Basement Party Time with White Reaper [video]

White Reaper and their new music video for “Cool”, taken from their recently released self-titled EP, are like a basement/garage party dream. Just think, instead of only being good at getting too drunk off too little beer, having no friends of the opposite sex and telling bad jokes, they’ve created a world filled amazing musicians who throw amazing parties in an amazing space. While the latter case is probably a reality for no one, this new video definitely proves that cool things do exist — even the title of the song says so! The song and band’s style beckons back to The Ramones but keeps the basement jumping with a surf rock pace. The video goes along with this retro recklessness as well. Starting off as a relatively tame basement session, the video builds into a full on rager, complete with a face melting guitar solo, mosh pit and a guy in a gorilla mask.
