This time I choose
Banoffee pie for Sweet fantasy club under fusion dessert, but due to some
personal reason did not get sufficient time to cook before due date. Now I prepared
this amazing dessert on the very special occasion of Christmas. Banoffee pie is
an authentic English dessert which I tasted and love it.
Banoffee Pie is
non-bake dessert made from bananas, cream and milk made toffee or dulce de
leche. Banoffee is constructed from the two words banana and toffee. I served
banoffee in glasses as individual servings and used vanilla ice-cream instead
of whipped cream. You can call this recipe banoffee sundae also. Please try
this recipe as I’m sure you will like it and share your response with us.
