Another great diabetic recipe is this banana split pie. I don`t know why the name of this recipe is funny but trust me this stuff is the real deal to impress someone. IT does sound a bit odd doesn`t it impressing someone with banana split pie but trust me all these little different things is remembered by girls and trust me it does make a difference. Best served at anytime but I like this banana split pie after my healthy lunch ideas or with my tea or course. Any ways give it a try and let me know what you think about it.
Ingredients:
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 c. low-fat milk
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- Mix pudding with milk and beat until thick, pour into crust.
- Put bananas over pudding.
- Squeeze pineapple to remove all juice.
- Sprinkle on top of bananas.
- Cover with Cool Whip, sprinkle pecans on top.
- Chill well.
