When you have too many fully ripe bananas – make some fritters!
Ingredients:
2 Bananas
100ml Milk
100g Self Raising Flour
Pinch of salt
Oil for Frying
Grab a banana and peel, heat up some oil on medium heat.
Slice into medium slices
In a jug mix together the flour, salt and milk until all is combined.
Add some banana to the batter, then drop into the oil. Fry until golden brown.
Enjoy warm ( be carefull the bananas are super hot), serve as is or with some fruit or chocolate sauce!
