BAM! It’s Banana, Avocado & Mango Graham Float

By Clari @clarisaysblog

A few weeks ago, we bought some avocados from The Grocer PH. We used the fruits to make my Abuelita's Avocado Banana Dessert. If you haven't seen it and want to make it, I hyperlinked the blog post and video for you.

Now I would like to share with you that the Grocer PH is very kind to send over some avocados for us as well as another batch of Ojet's Lecheng Maja. (Gracias, Direk Ojet.) We honestly can't get over Direk Ojet's Lecheng Maja.

Again, I'm not cursing you. It's really called Lecheng Maja because it has THREE layers of delicious - cream cheese, maja blanca and leche flan! *If you want to try it, you can order through Facebook or contact them at 02 8372 4145 or 0956 4903727.

Now regarding the avocados. What else can we make using this versatile fruit? How about another dessert?

Since I've been seeing numerous Mango Graham float creations online, my Abuelita and I decided to make the ultimate Graham float. You can say it is the Graham float of our dreams. Let's call it BAM! which stands for Banana, Avocado and Mango.

BAM! Graham Float

I'm 100% sure you're already an expert in making Mango Graham Float. But if you need help with this recipe, I have listed the ingredients and shot a video which I posted on my YouTube Channel. Subscribe? 🙂

Ingredients:

  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Mango
  • 2x 250 ml All-Purpose Cream
  • 300ml can of condensed milk
  • vanilla extract
  • crushed Graham / Graham crackers

*Now for the exact measurement of the fruits, as always it's up to you. You can add more mango than the other fruits. Or, use more avocado if you have a lot at home. We just decided to use up what we had at home and the dessert turned out great. 🙂

But I would recommend using Graham crackers instead. This will make sure the layers are intact, visible and straight.
