What you need:
6 large eggs, beaten1½ cup heavy creamSalt and pepper100g baby spinachBacon200g shredded cheese1 9” pie crust
Method:
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper together.
Layer the spinanch, bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Bake for 35 – 45 mins until the egg mixture is set.
Serve hot.
