1 Yellow onion
5 Fresh tomatoes or 1 can of tomatoes
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Oregano ( 1 1/2 tablespoons)

Heat the olive oil in a pan with the garlic and finely chopped onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes before adding the tomatoes.
