- I’ve lived on the East Coast my entire life, and I’ve never been to Texas. If I were spending a week there, what would you tell me to do and see?
There is so much to do in Texas that I wouldn’t know where to start.
I lived on the East Coast in NC for several years. I miss being close to the ocean and going fishing. I loved going fishing off the Pier in Emerald Isle.
- What is the last text you sent? Who was it sent to? Bonus points for including a screen shot.
I was replying to a text message from the Youth Pastor at church. I help volunteer with the Youth group on Wednesday nights and I was confirming that I needed nursery care for my youngest son so that I could continue to help with the Youth over the summer.
- You write about so many different parenting topics on your blog; do you have a favorite? Is there one topic you seem to be more passionate about than any other?
I don’t have a favorite topic per say but I have always been passionate about breastfeeding. I get so tired of seeing women getting their photos reported or kicked out of places for feeding their baby. I am thankful that I never had to deal with a disgruntled person when I was breastfeeding all three of my children. If they were hungry while in public, I had no problem feeding them. I did try to find a quite place and usually covered up. But I want to stand up for breastfeeding mother’s and hope that some of my articles help encourage other mom’s to breastfeed and stand up for their rights.
