IN MARCH, ARROW PRESENTS ZOMBIE THRILLS IN 4K FROM LUCIO FULCI, THE FANTASTIQUE JEAN ROLLIN, CHILLING SHORTS, JAKE WEST SELECTS & MORE

Not to be missed in March on the foremost offbeat streaming service ARROW – Lucio Fulci’s zombie classic City of the Living Dead in sparkling 4K, Jean Rollin triple bill, a selection of startling and scary short films, documentaries on Dirk Bogarde and Nagisa Oshima, Jake West Selects, and much more.

In March

ARROW presents maestro of horror Lucio Fulci’s masterclass in apocalyptic zombie film-making, City of the Living Dead – presented in gloriously gruesome 4K via ARROW. Starring Christopher George and Catriona MacColl, Fulci’s visually stunning classic is drenched in atmosphere (as well as bucket-loads of brains, blood and guts).

Embrace the madness of March with three fantastic films by Jean Rollin, showcasing the breadth of the prolific director’s oeuvre – Sidewalks of Bangkok, an 80s action thriller like no other, the sensuous and erotic Countess IXE, and the surreal and shocking Killing Car.

ARROW continues its tradition of showcasing short films from new talent, with sci-fi horror Terrible Things, written and directed by Ciarán Hickey; unnerving chiller Keith, written and directed by Alex Baro-Cayetano; stalker horror The Anatomy Maestro, written and directed by Drew Maxwell Weiss; and surprise-filled comedy horror Bark, written and directed by Ryan Irving.

Seasons in March include Jake West Selects, with picks from the director of cult horrors Doghouse and Evil Aliens, and documentary features Video Nasties: Censorship Moral Panic & Videotape, Video Nasties: Draconian Days and Mancunian Man, The Legendary Life of Cliff Twemlow.  West’s choices include stone-cold classics, video nasties, retro thrills and some bizarre mind-expanding cult delights; Fashion Victims, ARROW’s Spring collection that features Crimes of Passion, There’s Always Vanilla, and The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant; Must Be Losing It, a collection of films that are losing their grip on reality, including Naked Lunch, The Third Eye, and Anguish; as well as a season of cult films in glorious 4K via ARROW-Player.com, including Ringu and Hellraiser.

Also showing: In-depth documentaries on enigmatic actor Dirk Bogarde and esteemed director Nagisa Oshima, Femi Bussi in the gothic delights of The Bloodsucker Leads the Dance, and more…
