April COM Changes + March Winners

Hola! How is everyone? I will go straight to the point here; there will be a major changes for this month's commenter of the month. Why? Because I will be completely busy with my studies and I'm afraid that I couldn't update this blog like I usually do. I'll try my best to do at least 2 blog post every week and majority of those posts are product reviews. There's just too many pending sponsored products that I needed to review asap. 
Although that is the case, I still like to give you something for being a loyal readers of The Touch of Yellow. It is no longer a "Commenter Of the Month" but "Most Active Fan of the Month". I am still not sure though if I will push it through for the month of May but I will give you a heads up if this is way better than COM.
