Apple just sent out media invites for a special event to be held on September 10th, 2013 at Apple’s Cupertino office. As The Loop reports, the event will start at 10:00am PT.
This is supposed to be event which releases the next iPhone and the supposedly cheaper iPhone, popularly named ‘iPhone 5C’. As per the rumours, the iPhone 5C will be exactly the same as the old iPhone 5 but the outer shell would be replaced by plastic shell thus reducing the manufacturing cost and thus making it very cheap. The iPhone 5C as rumoured will be available in multiple colors. But the rumours don’t stop there, not only a cheap device will replace iPhone 5 but a new version would be unveiled which would be the successor of the old iPhone 5.
This event would surely announce the final version of iOS7 which has been in beta from the past 3 months. Apple might also release the new line of iPad and iPad minis late this year but that won’t be announced in this event.
