Today Apple has raised its newest update for its cellular device, which released in the form of iOS 15.3 and iPados 15.3. This should be available for devices that are still supported, and must be installed as soon as possible because they fix bugs that are actively exploited related to memory corruption.
In addition, another bug, this time in the implementation of WebKit Safari, allows any website using certain JavaScript APIs to access other database names produced by other websites during the same browsing session.
Basically, the evil sites are carefully formatted can spy on other sites that you visit while Safari Open, and because some websites use a special identifier of users in their database names, even personal information can leak this way.
Needless to say, this is bad, and because Apple forces third-party browsers on iOS and iPados to use rendering machines, this not only affects safari but others like Chrome too. There are other vulnerabilities that are repaired by iOS 15.3 and iPados 15.3 too, you can find a complete list of sources that are linked below. While this update does not carry new features, the amount of fixed security issues certainly makes it worthy of you to pay attention to.
If your iPhone or iPad hasn’t told you about new updates and you really want to quickly, go to settings> General> Software updates on your device.
