World’s top tech giants, Apple and Google have been fighting each other for decades, mostly because of the stiff competition in the smartphone market. However, despite their differences Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak thinks that the two companies should work together to make bigger and better things.
“I wish to God that Apple and Google were partners in the future,” Wozniak told BBC’s Click program. He mentioned that Google Now voice search in Android is actually more accurate than Apple’s Siri. ”Sometimes I say ‘Go to Joe’s Diner’ and [Siri] doesn’t know where Joe’s Diner is. And very often usually I find out that Android does.” Woz says that Google Now is better because of Google’s vast search engine features. And he thinks that the best way to fix and improve Apple software is by teaming up with Google, as it will allow the company to access Google’s Search Engine to improve Siri.

Ever since the death of the innovative inventor and Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, the company stayed going around in a circle where they kept releasing the same set of devices over and over again. Obviously, the company needs a better plan to innovate technology and bring new inventions to the world. Just as Woz says, maybe it’s time for Apple to make a compromise and work together with other tech giants in hopes for a better future.
