How to make apple banana dates smoothie:
- Chop banana and apple as slices.
- Remove the seeds from dates.
- In a blender or mixer, add chopped banana, apple, dates, vanilla essence and milk.
- Blend from low to high.
- If you find the smoothie is very thick, you can add some milk and have as your desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into serving glasses, top with some chopped fruits and honey or dates syrup.
