Apple is expected to announce its new iPad Air and iPad Mini models in October 17,2014 (Philippine Time) or October 16, 2014 (Cupertino Time) but before the official launch [tomorrow], Apple accidentally revealed the next iPad models via an e-book called iPad User Guide for iOS 8.1 in the iTunes Store.
The images show that the iPads are similar in design to their predecessors and have the familiar iOS 8 interface. The screenshots also show that both new tablets will include Touch ID sensors in the Home button. On the leaked guide, the next iPad Mini which is dubbed iPad Mini 3 is equipped with an iSight camera, as well as volume and power switches on the side, joining a nano-SIM tray. Another new feature for the iPad Air 2 which is confirmed by this leak is a new Burst Mode which was first introduced with the iPhone 5s. See image below.

Apple usually holds on tight to its product announcements. It fines companies $50 million for leaking secret information about its future products so this posting mistake is very unusual for the company.
