Another Tuesday, Another Caption Contest!

This is the 76th world-famous FOTM Caption Contest!

The above pic of New York mayor Bill de Blasio (l) was taken at the 2014 Mermaid Parade, Coney Island.

You know the drill:

• Enter the contest by submitting your caption as a comment on FOTM, not via email or on Facebook.

• FOTM writers will vote for the winner.
• Any captions proffered by FOTM writers, no matter how brilliant (ha ha), will not be considered.

Having elected him mayor, New Yorkers discovered too late that “pirate” is just another word for “wealth redistributor.”
