Another Broken Egg Cafe is nestled in the heart of Destin, in a beautiful new restaurant space. The original location was much smaller, and once sat at the foot of the Destin Bridge in 1998. Patrons would line the sidewalk for hours to get a coveted seat, but owners Tommy and Marcia Green, were worried for their safety as cars sped by on Highway 98.
The convienent location of Another Broken Egg Café offers guests ample parking, a comfortable waiting area, and much more room inside the restaurant. It is the perfect place to meet friends, dine with family, and the country French ambience of vibrant gold, orange, greens and blues wake the senses and whet the appetite for the scrumptious menu items prepared with only the freshest and healthiest ingredients.
Tommy and Marcia’s son Preston is the manager, and has worked in the restaurant since he was 8 years of age. Son Clayton Green, opened Another Broken Egg in Uptown Grayton to rave reviews nine years ago, and Tommy’s brother, Ron Green, founded Another Broken Egg of America, Inc., based on his 1994 restaurant concept located in Mandeville, Louisiana called Broken Egg Cafe. Ron has opened a new location recently at Grand Boulevard, Sandestin.
