Ankara Skirt and Village Living.

This past week I was cut off from what I've known as civilization. The family traveled to the hometown or village as it is popularly called for my sister's 'ime ego' ( that is payment of the bride price) which is the first part of the traditional marriage in almost all African marriages.
 Those were my grandmother's earthenware (clay) pots.
