Ouya Android gaming console successfully completed its’ Kickstarter campaign few months ago while promising to release the final-made device to its’ customers in 2013. Now the development team has started it’s shipping schedule right on time by sending out 1200 developer’s edition consoles to game developers, before releasing the main editions to the Kickstarter backers.
According to the reports, Ouya runs on Android 4.0 ICS and gets powered by a quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB flash storage for game install. As you can see on the official unboxing video, the 3-inch Android console cube has a frosted see-through design and have basics outputs and a MicroUSB port.
Ouya will arrive for Kickstarter backers in March 2013 and in April for rest of the customers.
