Android Coming to Cars: Google, Audi Teams Up to Make Smart Cars

According to the Wall Street Journal report, the tech giant and German auto maker plans to unveil this new Android-powered car system at the Consumer Electronics Show next week in Las Vegas. The in-car system is said to be capable of letting the driver or passengers access music, map navigation, apps and many other services.

Google, Audi partnership come as a no surprise since Apple has already announced plans to integrate iOS to car-systems. The cupertino received support from many major car manufacturer for the program including BMW, Mercedes-Benz and General Motors.
