I have made steady progress on my new years reading challenge. I have read a total of six books, of quite different genres. Although, I have not read as much as I would of liked in the last 2 months, distracted with Twitter, Facebook and blogging, particularly in an evening. I think it is time to reaffirm my reading promise. Which is going to be tricky in May having signed up to the Blog Every Day in May challenge, although I am enjoying it. I will put down my i-phone and laptop two nights a week!

The Fortune Hunter by Daisy Goodwin, but I am partial to an historical based novel and would welcome any recommendations you may have. I have just started reading my secondhand edition of The Buccaneers by Edith Wharton, which I bought from Attingham Park bookshop.
