How would you describe your wed­ding style?

An inti­mate city wed­ding. Our aim was to cre­ate a sim­ple but ele­gant wed­ding day, where guests didn’t need to worry about a thing.

After check­ing in to the hotel, the day started with a casual lunch for Arkin and Simon with the men in Arkin’s fam­ily while the girls were off hav­ing their hair done. They were later joined by Simon’s fam­ily who were dri­ving in to town.

The ser­vice was in the beau­ti­ful Fenchurch Room, after which guests were led down some dra­matic stairs to the 1901 bar for cham­pagne, beli­nis and canapés. These two rooms were in the old part of the hotel and oozed char­ac­ter, with large win­dows, orig­i­nal details and huge archways.

Din­ner was then served for the 35 guests in the mod­ern and pri­vate Andaz Stu­dio, where the 5 course meal was pre­pared in the open plan kitchen, and guests were looked after by a per­sonal team of staff.
