It’s the month of cakes & cookies!!! Celebrate this Christmas with our guilt free cookie recipe “Almond Coconut Cookie Recipe for Kids”. A finger licking recipe with the goodness of almonds.
Almond Coconut Cookie Recipe for Kids
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 1 1/4 Cup
- Almond flour – 2 Cups
- Desiccated Coconut – 2 Tbsp.
- Milk – 2 Tbsp.
- Coconut sugar – 1/2 Cup
- Egg – 1
- Vanilla – 1/2 Tsp
- Butter – 1/2 Cup

Method:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk the butter.
3. Add coconut sugar and whisk till you obtain a creamy texture.
4. Add egg, vanilla essence mix well.
5. Sift the whole wheat flour, almond flour, desiccated coconut in a bowl and mix well.
6. Add milk little by little and as required.
7. Mix well and gather to get a dough ball.
8. Wrap in parchment greased with butter and refrigerate for one hour.
9. Roll out the dough between 2 parchment papers.
10. Cut it into desired shapes using cookie cutter.
11. Grease the baking pan with butter and transfer the cookies.
12. Bake at 175/180 C for 10-12 min.
13. You may serve the cookies as it is or decorate it with an icing or homemade jam.
Almond Coconut Cookie is ready.
Kids can also be involved in this Christmas fun of making different shaped cookies. This recipe is suitable for toddlers to adults. These cookies can be Stored in an air-tight container for 2 months.
