Yesterday, Sophia and I decided to put the city on the backburner again and adventure over to the traditional fisherman village of Tai O. Situated in the South West of Lantau Island, it is one of the only remaining places to view the original stilt houses in the Stilt Village, as well as to glimpse the Hong Kong-local Chinese pink dolphins. A ferry and bus ride later and we were there.
I think I might edit my other photos for a more in-depth photo diary tomorrow but here are some outfit snaps and little snippets from my day. Super overcast but balmy and humidity levels were outta the world. We didn't actually manage to see any dolphins but we did try some local snacks and get to take a little boat trip and walk. I wore this cute-beyond-cute cropped top with my favorite jeans and added this non-descript jacket. Can't really tell how to beat the temperature situation at the moment -- I can only imagine what it'll be like when high summer hits T_____T;
Had the best little weekend overall~ ♥
