Verdict on All the President’s Men

All the President’s Men is a drama thriller following two journalists who look to expose Watergate. It sees them dealing with what looks like a plain robbery before it turns into something much bigger than either expected. However, they must overcome the fact for the first time nobody is talking for once.

This is an excellent thriller following the exposure of Watergate. Despite being made soon after the incident and things might have changed over the years. It shows how difficult journalism was before everything became modern as we see it now. The lead performances from Hoffman and Redford are brilliant and show how determined the pair have become. It still goes down as one of the biggest scandals in American political history and is important to show what was going on during the turbulent time.
