Air Italy flight 937 on final approach, marking the end of a long flight from Italy and celebrating the start of direct flights between San Francisco and Milan. Built from the former Meridiana airline, Air Italy is the second largest airline in Italy and introduces a new brand image, cabin experience, airport lounge and destinations. The airline livery incorporates a letter “Y” that appears similar to a bird. The “Y” is repeated on the tail and on the engine nacelles.
