An Air Canada A220-300 on final approach to San Francisco International Airport. First flown in 2013, the A220 is a narrow-body airliner originally designed by Bombardier Aerospace and now marketed by Airbus. Featuring a more comfortable cabin design and lower in-cabin noise levels, Air Canada operates 34 of these A220s with 31 more on order. These aircraft replaced the Air Canada Embraer E-190 fleet in 2020.
