The Drying Lotion is one of my favorite spot treatment products. It is what I consider to be an “overnight” wonder. When you see a new breakout out formed, or forming, apply just enough of the lotion to cover the breakout, and a little of the area surrounding it. Go to sleep, wake up in the morning, and see the difference.
This effective treatment is formulated with salicylic acid, calamine and other quick-drying ingredients. Having said that, this product is NOT intended to address cystic acne–it was created to address your average, garden-variety pimples. It is easy to use, but not intuitive. What I mean is that when you buy it, the product looks separated–oil on top, pink sediment on the bottom. You will want to shake it up–DON’T! Simply take a Q-tip, push it down into the sediment and bring it straight up. Apply it only to active breakouts. It is not intended to go on your entire face.
One of the things I love most about this product is that it is very gentle (if used properly). Many acne products can irritate and dry delicate or sensitive skin. The Drying Lotion is safe and effective for all skin types.

How to use:
Before bed, after cleansing, toning and moisturizing apply a dab of lotion directly on the whitehead using a cotton swab. Do not rub in. Let it dry and rinse off in the morning. DO NOT shake the bottle and apply only the pink sediment on the skin
