The child’s mother, Deshana Lisenbee, 24, who gave a 215 Terminal Road, Apt. B, address, was booked Saturday night into Montgomery County Jail and charged with aggravated child abuse. She was released on $5,000 bond.It makes you wonder how low a standard they have for issuing those concealed carry permits. It makes you wonder what the hell the pro-gun guys are talking about when they keep saying how safe these people are.
A 1-year-old accidentally shot himself in the hand Saturday afternoon.
The child lives in a Terminal Road apartment with a man and a woman who have gun carry permits, said Clarksville Police spokesman Officer Jim Knoll. He said he’s not sure who is the parent of the boy.
