After drinking far too much champagne and beer that night I woke up the next morning with an extremely bad head and expected the whole holiday thing to of just been a drunken idea. But it wasn't! We booked our tickets, rushed to get packed and then plodded on our little adventure...

It took us bloody ages to get there, like literally 5 hours on the train. Not as fun as I thought it might be. The train station in Saundersfoot isn't exactly what we thought it would be. It's in the middle of nowhere, like literally nowhere. We were at least expecting a taxi rank of some kind but there wasn't, soooo we had to walk. It was hilarious, we started walking down the country roads and I'm guessing we must of looked really lost as some locals stopped their car next to us and gave us the directions to get to the little town.
I bet we looked like right nob heads!
Just surrounded by this!
Once we finally made it to civilization and passing a lovely gent who gave us a can of cider on our travels we were then faced with the trouble of finding somewhere to stay. Every B&B had no vacancies, there was one that had a room free but it wasn't somewhere I was willing to stay lets just say that. The only place that had vacancies was a hotel, that was BIG moneys a night. So Mark being the little babe he is, got us 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. That night after settling into our room and getting some grub, we did the most important thing anyone would do... Get some beer and made our way to the beach. The beach at night. Yeah... excellent picture I know :/
The next morning...We spent ALOT of time on the beach, attempting to make a badass sandcastle and failing (miserably) sunbathing, but most of our time we spent exploring the rock pools...
Sadly we didn't really see much in the rock pools just dead jellyfish :( BUT the best thing that could ever happen, happened... OH MY GOD I ATE THE BEST STEAK EVER ON THIS EARTH!!!!
TWICE!!The chef in the hotel we stayed in was ah just so talented, someone get him on the phone to Jamie Oliver! It honestly was the most tastiest things I've ever eaten! So delish!
Mark spent the majority of our holiday in the arcade winning little minions, which as my friends on facebook will know I am OBSESSED with! I've kind of adopted them as our kids and we ended up taking them with us on our adventures everywhere...
This is the kids at their first rock pool... Yeah, the reason I love this man so much is because he's just as silly as me, and didn't care what so ever that a 22 year old lass was walking around calling stuffed teddies her babies! I need help don't I?
Mark's family came down for the week at the end of our little holiday so on our last evening we met up with them and ended up staying with them for the evening. Honestly it was the best time I've had in such a long time! This holiday changed a lot for me and did me the world of good! It was the most beautiful place and just gave me a lot of time to think about things which I've already spoke about here.
