A Voice in the Wilderness – 3

By None

Those who profess to love Him, do not love Him. Their hearts are far away from Him. They do not tender Him with care, for love – true love – is missing from their hearts, minds and souls. They profess verbally, to all, that everyone should love Him; but they themselves love Him secondarily or tertiarily. Only in the sudden light of the Spirit of Truth, therefore, will they be able to see once again, by perceiving the true darkness of their souls. Anything less than that will not suffice.

Note: Written in the Upper Room, on the vigil of Pentecost.
