A Real Food Meal Plan – Summer 01

The first week of summer arrived with a bit of a whimper.  After a couple of hot days last week, we have returned to more spring-like weather which means I can still press the oven into action.  This week we feasted on:

Sunday:

Omelettes stuffed with fried chorizo and asparagus.

Monday:

Zucchini & Pancetta Pasta

Tuesday:

Pan-fried Pearl Perch with Swiss Chard & Cannellini Beans.

The Swiss chard dish comes from Jamie Oliver’s Happy Days with the Naked Chef

Wednesday:

Easy Weeknight Roast Chicken with Sweet Potato Chips and oven roasted asparagus.

Thursday:

Beef Kofta Curry with Brown Rice

The curry is from Jamie’s 15 Minute Meals.
