A Progressive Turns

By Eowyn @DrEowyn

This is a testimony that sounds very familiar. A person is saved in the midst of a philosophically poisonous environment, and it takes a while before their understanding about the details of her assumptions catches up with the realities of the Bible. In my case, it took years to add things up, and stop being a left-leaning Christian. I hope she finds her way before her “friends” can do more harm. ~ TD

Why I’m Coming Out
as a Christian

by Ana Marie Cox

I’m not scared that non-believers will make me feel like an outcast. I’m scared that Christians will. Who do I need to prove my faith to—and why should I try…

…The only place where my spirituality feels volatile is in my professional life; the only time I’ve ever felt uncomfortable talking about my faith is when it comes up in conversation with colleagues…

…My hope is that His love is somewhere underneath the ego and grievances that inspired me to write this. I believe that it is. What I pray is that you can find it for yourself as well.
