A Perfect & Healthy Bikini Body

By Shegotherown @AddyGotHerOwn

It is summer and you are probably freaking out to wear bikini, even though you just got yourself the perfect one(if not get it here). Not everyone is a fitness freak or have the time to go to the gym all year round, I totally understand. But what if I tell you that you don't really need a year round gym subscription to get that awesome perfect body.
There are so many little daily things we can all do to get a healthy body and it is never too late.
Here is to 5 easy step to :
Respect your body
Build your confidence
Cut the no time excuses
Have a flaming body
Enjoy your summer.

1.Stay Hydrated

The more water you drink, the more toxin waste you get out of your body. Energy drinks can't do it, you need to drink at least 2 liters of water daily.
If you are one of those who find it hard to drink water, spice it up a bit by adding your favorite fruits in water and put them in a refrigerator overnight.

2.Stay in Bed

Staying up later can get some work done but it also tempers with the level of your insulin and glucose, which is not good for your healthy goals.
Sleep is also very good for your mood and coming from a pro athlete a good mood is basically everything when it comes to having a productive day both in the gym and office.

3. Don't Starve Yourself

if you think skipping meals will help you lose wait, please think again.
Eat as much healthy food as you can, know what you put in your body, 200 post is not enough if we want to real about the importance of food.
Remember you are what you eat, do you think that hamburger is good for you? do you really need to order in? it is really a personal question to ask yourself.
cooking fresh vegetables, clean protein and the right amount of everything is always what does the trick.
The moment you start respecting your body enough to know that all those chemically induced junk don't belong in your body, you will see the results.
Starving yourself = slowing down your metabolism, so you are actually getting the opposite of what you want.

4.Get Exploring

Go out and try something new with your friends like, weekend hiking, walking, water war, just go out of the house and breath for a while.

5.Home Yoga

Seeing some poses can be terrifying if you are a beginner or have never tried, but there are so many types of yoga and it is the only exercise I know that doesn't require a specific age, weight, experience. All you need to practice yoga is your willingness.
If you can breath, then you can do yoga.
The poses, strength and flexibility will come with practice.
If you are very busy to go to a practice or you are terrified of groups, start at home.
Find 12 minutes to squeeze in this little beginner series I have attached.
Kino is an amazing yoga teacher and she explains each pose so perfectly, you will be inspired.
There are a lot of self-taught yogis out there, you may be one of them and from there you can develop a love for it and find yourself a teach or just stick to books, DVD or Youtube.
Have you started already on the journey and please do share any more tips.
I wish you all a wonderful and productive week.
