Have you heard of Aqua S? They offer the best soft served in Sydney and they are now here in Manila. Take note, the letter S actually stands for sea salt - their signature blue-hued soft serve which by the way is uniquely delightful.
Oh, wait I'm sorry! Did I lose you at sea salt?
Well, the inspiration came from the seaside town of Okinawa, Japan. If you've been to Japan, actually even if you haven't been to Japan, you know that they offer a variety of interesting and delicious flavours that will surely tickle your taste buds. I actually did a little research and found out that there are different kinds of sea salt ice cream in Okinawa.
Since I don't have the budget, I'm very happy that Aqua S is here in the country. I can easily avail of their Signature Sea Salt Soft Serve any time. As Genie once said, "Do not be fooled by its commonplace appearance. Like so many things, it is not what is outside, but what is inside that counts." Not only is this blue-hued soft serve beautiful, but it is also absolutely delightful.

Single or Twisted
You see, Aqua S is not your typical soft serve ice cream shop. Aqua S is a premium artisan soft serve ice cream that offers new and unique flavours every 1st and 16th of the month. But that's not all because you can level it up even more.
Wanna know how?
Step 1: Choose your flavour.
Their Signature Sea Salt Soft Serve is always present. But from July 1 to 15, you can avail their Strawberry Milkshake and Matcha Frappe. If you want to keep things simple, you can go Single as in choosing one flavour. But if you're feeling a bit more adventurous, Twisted is the way to go. You can either get Strawberry Milkshake x Sea Salt or Matcha Frappe x Sea Salt.
Step 2: Cone or Cup?
Their pastel coloured soft serve looks perfect on their black waffle cone (PHP160). But if you want a safer way to eat it, go for their Aqua S Cup available in two sizes: 5 oz. (PHP130) and 8 oz. (PHP160).
Step 3: Want to be extra or not?
If yes, then your beautiful tower of soft serve can be topped with an array of delights such as a cloud of fairy floss, popping candy, sweet popcorn, or toasted marshmallows. You only have to add 30 for each topping.
Step 4: Enjoy your delicious creation!
My foodie/blogger friends (#WeLoveToEatPH and #SaanSaPH) and I got to try all the available flavours and I must say they're all good. But honestly, I am happy with the Signature Sea Salt Soft Serve single in cone or cup. I would maybe add in some popping candy or toasted marshmallows if I crave more texture.
Oh, by the way, once they change the flavours on July 16 you can still avail the past ones. However, it will only be available in tubs. So if you love their current flavours, do not miss the chance.
