I was speaking to someone over the weekend who was incessantly stressing the importance of Trustpilot reviews. They had asked me about registrars and who had the best Trustpilot score? I replied that I did not know, but I will look into it for them.
So I decided to take a look at the most popular registrars that domain investors use. Of course people like the Castello Brothers use Moniker and Rick Schwartz uses Directnic.
But year in and year out when we look at who gets the votes in the most popular/favorite registrar polls it’s been roughly the same group of registrars getting the votes.
These are the registrars that got 90% of the votes at last year’s poll on Namepros.

The Trustpilot reviews tell a different story.
Porkbun came in with the highest rating at 4.8 with over 12,000 reviews.
GoDaddy has a 4.7 rating with a whopping 102,000 plus reviews

Sav comes in last with a 3.4
