A Lifetime Experience..

By Marinacng @MarinaCng
In the summer of 2008, I took part in the Global Young Leaders' Conference that took place in the United States.  Three years ago, at about this hour, after a long trip of over 10 hours, I was at the Sheraton in Washington D.C. , where the first part of the conference took place, trying to get to know the people I was going to spend the next 10 days with.
The conference was divided between Washington D.C. and New York City, with a stop in Philadelphia.  Filled with simulations, site seeing, cultural experiences and meeting interesting people from every corner of the world, it was topped by the Global Summit that took place in the actual headquarters of the United Nations in New York.  By far one of the most filling and inspiring experiences of my life!
