Wow! Can you believe it is already March?! Spring is almost here! We’ve made it through January without sweets, February without fried foods and now it’s March! According to the original Bikini Ready body guide, March is a month without alcohol. Well, I decided to tailor it to fit my calendar and what works for me this month and have chosen to give up gluten for March. The best way to succeed with challenges it to be honest with yourself and make sure it works with your schedule!
