It’s been reported by the Hartford, Connecticut Deputy Police Chief, Brian Foley that 90 people were hospitalized after a Chance The Rapper concert on Friday night.
He called it a “busy night” and said most patients were underage and some had severe alcohol intoxication.
“A typical concert is around 20-30 transports. Sixty would be very bad. We had 70 once and 90 last night,” Foley said.
