8 Things Not to Do In Morning

Morning is the beginning of a day. Days turn into months and months into years and these generally constitute our life. That does mean mornings have to be good so that the day is good. If each day is happy, then each month and year will constitute of only happy moments.The only way to make mornings happy is to make some good habits a habit. Many of us do many things in morning which are absolutely not done.

Here are 8 things not to do in morning for a good day:

  • You should do not: Wake up with tensions in office and at home. Even if these thoughts come attacking you the moment you open your eyes, banish them once for all. Take a deep breath and smile broadly. Here is another day. Preserve hopes and discard dismays.
  • You should not:Press the snooze button. Pressing the snooze button means you end up waking late and then keep hurrying up to get ready.If you do not wish to wake up exactly at 6, then keep your alarm at 10 minutes past 6. But wake up as soon as you hear your alarm but with a smile. Say a quiet ‘thank you’ to your alarm for waking you up!
  • You should not:Check your phone the first thing in the morning. Your messages and mails have waited for a full night and can wait for some more time. Instead of reaching out to your mobile phone, reach out to yourself. Do some meditation instead.
  • You should not: Jump out of the bed as soon as the alarm rings. Muscles are stiff in the morning since they were resting the whole night. Walking up with a jerk might cause spasms in muscle. So, relax and warm up your muscles a little bit.
  • You should not:Have any junk food the first thing in the morning. Your body has fasted for 6 to 7 hours and now when it is ready to have food, do not force junk food or any fried food on it. Have a fruit or green tea. Then you can have a good fulfilling and healthy breakfast after an hour or so. Never skip breakfast.
  • You should not:Grumble and complain.You may have many things to do in the day which you might not looking forward to be doing. The morning time is not to sit up and complain about things that have not even occurred yet. Rather focus on things that you are really looking forward to.
  • You should not: Be prey to fashion. There might be outfits that you feel uncomfortable in but you wear them because it’s the trend. Always wear clothes than enhance your confidence. Do not fall prey to fashion trends, instead create one.
  • You should not: Set out of the home with worries and tension. The day is long, agreed and it might be tough too, but what’s the point in worrying about them now? Step out with a smile and courage to take on the world. The world will be at your feet then.
