1 - Take a moment to be grateful for what I have.

2 - Tell the people in my life I love them.

3 - Do some form of physical activity - not only is it good for my physical well being, but my mental well being as well.

4 - Learn at least one thing about another culture - this is quite easy for me to do in South Africa as there are many different cultures within the country.
