- cover your toddler with a blanket at night even though never once, in the history of toddlerdom, has a child kept a blanket on all night.
- sit down after the kids go to bed. you will never get back up.
- clean up the house while kids are awake.
- make a nice meal, and expect your children to both eat and appreciate your efforts.
- take the only opportunity you have to sleep…and instead scroll mindlessly through Pinterest, all the while thinking “this is so stupid. I’m so tired. I should be slee…OMG DYI Infinity Scarf?!!”
