Finding the enthusiasm to get off the couch and go to the gym surely comes from within when you’re a fashionista. If you’ve been feeling a bit sluggish lately when it comes to going to the gym why not motivate yourself with 5 minute gym outfits that you can’t wait to wiggle into and show off at the  gym.

1.The racer back tank- don’t avoid wearing this one at all means. It is very feminine and contributes uniquely to your outfit, making you look like an atheletic guru from the fashion heavens.

2.Spandex/compression shorts- if you’ve recently been working on that back side of yours why not show it off? we all know those squats and lunges aren’t easy!

3.sports bra- If you’re already that super toned, super lean atheletic star that will keep us in awe with your skills, why not keep us all  in awe with your super atheletic bod! completely ditch the top and bare it all

4.Muscle Tee- This one is traditionally for the men but we’re always showing them whatever they can do, we women can do better. show off your super toned arms and  show the men how sexy a muscle shirt can actually be- on a woman.

5. Yoga Pants/Yoga shorts- If you don’t want to look like you haphazardly got dressed but also don’t want to  take too much time planning, this is your guy

I was born in upstate New York, In Westminster County in the year 1992 to two loving parents, of Nigerian, West African descent. I was raised in various parts of the world including Trinidad and Tobago, Nigeria and Switzerland. I currently attend Salisbury University, in the state of Maryland, where I am a sophomore and my major is pre-nursing. In between changing schools and carrying suitcases between countries, fashion is the only thing that never seemed to change. From the time that I have been able to pick out my own clothes until now, my relationship with fashion has only blossomed and become deeper. I developed a love for fashion at a very young age, and my mother has always been there to encourage me to try new things and fear none other than God. I am always open to exploring and researching new ideas in fashion.
