4 Vegetable Finger Foods for Babies
Ingredients:
- ½ carrot
- ½ potato
- ½ pumpkin
- Pepper (for seasoning)
- ghee
Method:
1. Heat a pan and pour a teaspoon of ghee.
2. Add chopped beans and cook it for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.
3. Saute till it gets mildly roasted.
4. Now add chopped carrot and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
5. Next add chopped pumpkin and potato and saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add pinch of pepper for seasoning.
7. Allow it to cook well.
8. Now add a tablespoon of water.
9. Cover and allow it to cook
10. After 4-5 minutes’, test if the veggies have been cooked to crunchy consistency.
11. The nutritious finger food is now ready to be served.
