Quick easy warm mug cake in a flash!
This is such as easy quick cake recipe, but you do have to eat it pretty quick as when it cools completely it may get a little tough. However if you pop it back in the microwave for 20 secs and nice and soft again!
Ingredients:
50g Self Raising flour
2 Tsp Cocoa
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Milk
Mix together the flour and cocoa
Add the egg, oil and milk
Stir well
Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes on high.
