3 Pictures that capture 70th Indian Independence Day in Jaipur

As we celebrate India’s 70th Independence Day today, let me share with you 3 images from Jaipur that captures this occasion.
I shot the above picture at a recently held “Know your army” exhibition in Jaipur on Indian Independence Day. Indian army’s Sapta Shakti unit had organized 2 day event whereby they had displayed large number of equipment like armament & surveillance devices, night vision binoculars, mobile operation theater, tanks, anti-aircraft guns, laser markers etc. for kids and public. More on that in a separate post, later.
This kid was accompanied by his grand parents. They informed me that the army dress donned by this kid was specially stitched for the occasion. Grand father of this cute kid made him stand on an artillery ferrying army truck to click his picture with a mobile phone. That’s when I too…
