So last night I finally decided it was time to try and get fit and shed some pounds! Don't get me wrong I don't think I'm fat I'm just not 100% happy with my body.
Problem areas for me
- Tummy
- Thighs
What dress size am I?
Well at the moment I'm a uk size 10. Which is not big at all! When I was around 16 I used to be a size 6. Yes I know that was a while ago now and I'm 21.
What do I want to achieve?
I would love to be able to slim down to a 6-8 I would be happy with a 8. I also want to tone my body and lost a bit of tummy fat. I also feel like I have massive thighs so I would like to make them smaller.
How will I do it?
I will be suing Josie Gibson 30 Second slim. Which I will insert a picture below. As most of you know she used to be a size 20 and she is now a size 10. She looks great and her DVD is fun and not too hard. I will try to do this around 3-4 times a week as I don't want to over do it.
I will also try to stop snacking and stop eating huge meals! I don't snack a lot but when I do it's normally bad stuff. I will also try to take my dog out more even if it just round the block.
I will update you all on my progress. Does anyone have any healthy meal ideas? Let me know!
